Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship skill certification scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). It offers free short-term industry-relevant training, assessment and certification, along with recognition for prior skills through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
