Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is a Central Sector Scheme that provides direct income support to landholding farmer families across India. Launched in February 2019, it is fully funded by the Government of India and pays eligible families ₹6,000 every year, credited straight to their bank accounts.

Eligibility

- 1.Register online on the official PM-KISAN portal, or apply through your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC)
- 2.Complete e-KYC (OTP-based online, or biometric at a CSC) — instalments are held back without it
- 3.Track application and payment status using your registration number or Aadhaar on the portal
